I am a fully insured and registered Spanish lawyer specialising in Spanish property law, the conveyancing of property in Spain, Spanish Wills and inheritance matters.

I speak fluent English and have extensive experience of the Spanish property market and the complexities of the buying and selling process. Indeed, I have been involved in numerous property sales and the purchases of all types of Spanish property – whether private or commercial.  As a consequence, I know the realities of Spanish property law, its complexities and the implications of buying a wide range of different properties.

Equally, I provide advice upon inheritance issues and Spanish Wills and much of my work has involved helping clients to resolve related problems.

I have an international client base and I am frequently called upon to analyse and resolve Spanish property and contractual disputes both for international lawyers and private clients. So, I am used to dealing with English speaking lawyers and I have a number of law firms in the UK with whom I regularly deal.

I am based in the centre of Gandia which is 70kms south of Valencia city in the Autonomous Region of Valencia.
