All of you planning to purchase a property in the Valencian community will have to pay more for purchasing a property!
The transfer tax has increased one percent! From the 1st January 2013 until the 31st December 2014, the transfer tax to pay will be 8% instead of 7%! A very unpleasant suprise for the New Year!
